I have received fortress e-mails about people using the exploit but what can I do with those e-mails? To where do I need to send them?

You shouldn't need to send them anywhere, Fortress should automatically ban the offending IPs.

You can forward the email to the offender's ISP, but some people think this doesn't help at all.
That's about all you can do.
