I've tried searching on "change user name", "change username" here and on other Nuke forums, and a combination of those terms with "phpnuke"/"php nuke"/"php-nuke" in Google. I'm trying to modify Your_Account to let users change their names. Is it something as simple? I can add a new field to a profile and have it WORK and even display in the forums. Woo! So! If it's something along those lines where I need to retrieve the value and then put in a field or link to change it, I can do that...but I'm really leery about it. So I'm looking for anything that's out there.

Hello,

You can remove the middle man (Your Account) and go straight to the Forum profile and change the username.

The first step is the Forum admin section (General setting) allow users to change username (set to yes).

The second step is to edit the Your Info (Your Account) link to point to the forum profile this will give users the ability to change their username.
