SQL Syntax Error

My site was working fine since the upgrade. For over a week no problems.
Then tonight I get this following error.

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's ', time='1051675068' where nid='2'' at line 1

What could be the problem and where to find a fix.

PS: I searched his site and found that some people are having similiar problems tonight.

an ' was added to a file instead of ;
