is there a way to pin a news story to the top of the page?

this is somethign i've been wanting to do for awhile. i make frequent updates, but some stories merit being on the top of the page....

You could post them as messages instead of as articles.

yeah but then you can't comment, etc. and I wantto keep all stories in their appropriate archives, etc.
