Windows or Linux server?
Where did you get the my_egallery setup from?
Shared Hosting or do you run the server? |

I just ran into this exact same problem... except I'm running v6.8 on Windows.
I tried raising the upload_max_filesize in my php.ini file but didn't help a bit.
Anybody know how to fix this?? |

Guys,
I'm having the exact same problem... I'm getting the "The media you try to upload exceeds the maximum file size in 'General Settings' or in 'php.ini'." error when I try to create a new directory. I've read all the proposed solutions on this problem. However, none of them worked for me...
Any suggestions will be highlt appreciated.
You can also e-mail me at burak@burakozen.com
Cheers,

The versions of MeG that I tried are quite buggy, dont work on Windows servers and always throw up errors.
Since the author has stopped support for it I moved over to coppermine and have never had a problem. |

It depends on what you want it to do. I use Coppermine but allot of people also like 'Gallery' but I forget the link. |
