I installed the nuke 6.5 Nukecops bundle and it has been sweet.
I have a minor issue though that I cannot figure out.
For some odd reason my default blank.gif for avatar keeps disappearing and NOT sure what is causing this and stumped.
Some of my members also somehow get the NO AVATAR in their avatar part of the forums.
can someone here help me out?

well known bug,
make a new default blank.gif, (or reupload the one that came with youe phpnuke) after FTPing it to your avatars folder, chmod it to 444
That should work for ya.

Consider to chmod all your avatars, as it has been reported that a user can delete any avatar, and that avatar will be deleted from your directory.
