Nuke 6.5 got and heavy theme - problems with phpbb2

Hi! First off: Sorry for using the guest - entry but i didnt receive a password...

Okay: I installed a phpnuke 6.5 with the shipped forums but got problems with my theme now...
First I was a little bit confused that the phpbb Theme "deepblue" shipped with the nuke 6.5 prints out anther <head> and <body> tags... i am quite not sure if that is okay Smile

After striping out those double tags it looked very better... but now I got one final question:

Where (in which file) is that output generated?

See line 2 and 3? Where do they come from? They are "between" the last line of the nuke theme and the first line of the phpbb theme...
