Hello, I run a gaming PHP nuke site and the theme I did long agao is starting to look really old and crusty. While good with photoshop and the like my overall design skills are pretty weak.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to find theme designers/coders and if anyone knows what rates are for something like this. My site is pretty much non profit (No advertisers, and all the money to the site comes out of my pocket) so I don't have a ton of cash to throw at people but I would be willing to pay what I can.
Any info people could give me on this would be helpful and I appreciate taking the time to read this!

Heya, I do custom theme work. I'm not the best out there, but I also maintain a gaming unit website out of pocket. Feel free to check out www.shadowtroopers.com and if you're interested in using me, we can negotiate pricing although I'd do a site like this one normally for about $80. (a wee bit more if needing matching forums)
