Redirect Issues

When one tries to redirect from the main domain to the parked domain, what we get is an eternal loop. I have tested it with Mozilla.

Code:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^Mozilla
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.orientalia.org/$1 [L,R=301]

The browser kept trying to reach the new domain, but was always redirected.

YET, when the googlebot has been thus redirected for the last 12 hours, initially is was out, then reappeared and now there are several bots on different pages of the site from various 64.68.etc. I cannot explain this. Perhaps, googlebot has somehow managed to overcome the loop.

Another interesting issue
When you redirect a rewritten url to the same url at another site, say, site1/url2.html to site2/url2.html the result is static URL plus appended resolved dynamic url, like this:
