Hi phpnukers,
I am new here. I have liked all the great work you do here

How to import VbBulletin Database to phpnuke 6.8

and I have a problem with my webmail it igves me this error when i want to check an e-mail

I would suggest exporting your VbBulletin Database to a format that will allow you to import your bulletins in - depending on where you want them on the site - as news or posts.

fsockopen seems to indicate a socket needs to be closed (reboot will usually do this if its a local machine, but you may need to determine why its open in the first place - do you have another pop3 client listening on that socket?)
