That's a warning that you are not connecting to the database. The problem could be in your config.php. Check for typos in the information you've entered pertaining to your database. If everything is correct, it might be a corrupt file. Try uploading a fresh copy of your config.php file.

If still no luck, double-check the name of your database. I had a connection problem after changing servers at the same hosting company. They had changed my database name from dbabc_name to dbabd_name during the transfer.

If you're still having problems, check with your host to make sure the database server is up.

If all else fails, run analyze.php and see what information it tells you. If that doesn't help, give the link to your analyze.php to one of the support staff here at Nuke Cops and let them see if they can find the problem.

Try changing:

$dbhost = "kerato.com";

to

$dbhost = "localhost";

See if that fixes it.
