not currently. The only way of doing so @ the moment would be to use a Gallery module (there are a few available), and have a gallery of User photos.

There was a version for that with phpNuke 5.5 and fixed for verion 5.6

With a bit of tweaking etc. and checking the changes that has to be made I would think it works with version 6

Once again anor @ portedmods has a mod that will allow users to add a photo to thier phpbb profile.

It worked in 6.0 with 2.0.6 not sure if it works in 6.5 might need some tweaking.
