My PHPNuke version is 6.7.

I've set up some private forums and am finding that when I set a user to allow access, the setting might or might not stick. It doesn't give me an error. It just either "decides" to remember the new setting or "decides" to forget. Very frustrating! Help. Smile

Dee-Ann

P.S. This is a great site, I've solved many problems with my forum just by searching here.

I have 6.8 with the same problem. When I log on as Admin, I cannot delete any posts from anywhere. Everytime I pull up Admin account it says User and changing it never sticks.

Rest of the site works perfectly.

UPDATE: When you are at the User Permissions page in phpBB admin, The Permission for Admin is User. If you click Aministrator and check all the IS MODERATOR for all topics and click submit the changes WONT save. I got around this by leaving the User permission alone or on User, then I just adjusted Admin to IS MODERATOR on all the topics. Clicked on Forum Index and BOOM! I can finally delete posts like a MOD should.
