As far as i know both are already included with it but if you want to check just to play it safe you'd have to follow the instructions on fixchanges.txt and apply any fix that is not already added by making the changes to the file(s), you can't upload the files from the patches as these are PHP-Nuke 6.5 files.

Another question:
I have many problems with the fixes to bbtonuke 2.0.5. A lot of bugs fixeds by nukecops secpack has revived after the update.
why?

The fixes provided in the packs are not for BBtoNuke 2.0.5 as its files are different from those of 2.0.4
