Mail issues

When I go into Webmail, I can send fine - but the account settings never seem to take.

2 issues really.

1. No mail icons (just the big red x's.) Where are those located?

2. Click on the Mailbox and this is what I get:
Account E-Mails Total Size
Error: -ERR Username/Password Mismatch perhaps sting@yourdomain.com ?

Have tried each domain style (@yourdomain.com, +yourdomain.com) and made sure I was using the right password.

Any ideas?

Argh. just found a whole forum on it. Sorry.. did a search for "Missing mail icons", not the error I REALLY wanted to fix..

dang newbies.
