My community likes to use the broadcast feature and have requested an easier way to access the form. Does anyone have a block that would satisfy this request? Or perhaps an idea on how to add it to say... the User Info block?

Search modules/Your_Account/index.php for $broadcast_msg. That will show you the code that displays the form on that page. From there you can replicate it however you would like.
