Look, if the functions_search.php exists in modules/Forums/includes/functions_search.php. It seems to me that it is missing and maybe you need to upload it.

Sorry, missed that you already mentioned that initially. Maybe you could check the permissions of that file? It should be 644. If, the permissions is OK, you could try to upload it once again to see, if it gets better.

When do you get this warning message?

It is something strange with the path of the Warning message.
Warning: main(modules/Forums/includes/functions_search.php)

In my system functions_search.php is in:
includes/functions_search.php
However, I have PHP-Nuke 7.6

anything after 7.9 had most of the includes files moved to modules/Forums/includes/

If you do not get any answers here, you can try to ask in the forum of www.phpbb.com, but don't reveal that you uses phpnuke, because then you will not get any support. I have go valuable help there myself a couple of times.
