I finished installing, went through all the steps, and when I try to start it and go to my localhost/nuke screen, this is what I get:

-There seems that PHP-Nuke isn't installed yet.
-(The values in config.php file are the default ones)

You can proceed with the web installation now.

Sadly, none of that's true; I have modifed the config.php file, repeatedly. I've checked it, triple-checked, and I'm getting ready to bale. Anybody have any idea whats going on? I installed the latest release.
