forum full of obscene links site offline hackers

I have obscene links in the forum by a guest, not logged into the site, and yesterday my site was offline all day as someone changed the the user in the database, the manages of the server could not find how they did this. Help

If you have problems with spamming in the forum I recommend that you install Advanced Textual Confirmation, because it stopped all spam on my PHP-Nuke site. It is best and simplest to put the installation code in config.php to stop spam everywhere in PHP-Nuke.
