Since yesterday, no one can access the Your_Account module on my phpnuke site. They all get this error (including me, the admin)

You don't have permission to access /community/modules.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Anyone have any insight on what is going on? The module is set so that all visitors can view it. I'm at a loss... no one can login today.
Edited to add: All other modules, including the forum work fine. Anyone already logged in can view the boards and post. Just those who logout every cannot log back in and no one can access the Your_Account page at all.

I am not going to say this will work,.. but have you tried to reupload your account module to your site?
