when trying to access Admin Panel on the forums part of nuke
And I know this has been posted before, but I've looked at pagestart.php, and I can't seem to figure it out.
I am running PNC 4.x, or PHPnuke 7.6

I don't know if this applies for PNC, but for phpNuke
You must be logged in as
a) a Nuke user with forums administrator user_level
b) a Nuke admin with forums permissions
