Attachment mod SQL error?

I get the following message when i click on submit for a post with an attachment. The post succeeds but the attachments doesnt. Mod version 2.3.6

Couldn't store Attachment.
Your post has been stored.

your installation of attachment mod was wrong in posting.php and posting_body.tpl. double check those files.

I have this same error with the same mod and wondering what else could be an issue.

By the By.

I fixed this error - only by taking a posting_attachments.php from another website I set up years ago and it worked. I don't know why - but it did. There was nothing in the posting.php or posting_body.tpl that needed to be fixed, there was a line of code in posting_attachments.php that was giving me an error.

I don't know what the rules are here on posting links to stuff, but this is the posting_attachments.php in an .rar format. There's no viruses or anything, it is just my php file in an rar on my website - so if you are getting this problem, backup your files, and try this one.. What's the worst that can happen? It's already broke! lol
