can any one help me, i try and excess the internet on curtian forum sites and i carnt excess them i get this error.

If I got it correct it is not your site, that has this error, but other sites. I think the error message indicates, that the phpbb_config table of that sites database is corrupt and needs repair. It is the webmaster of the site that have to fix this with phpMyAdmin and it is a very simple error to fix.
