right now i m using version 4 point some version and
i want to upgrade my phpnuke versions tooo 7.7, . 8 or whatever is better..
can someone plz tellme step by step what i have tooo dooo...

Well you would overwrite your files with the new ones, and then run the upgrade scripts.

I recommend 7.6 + Patched files + Sentinel. Or for an integrated solution, I recommend RavenNuke from http://ravenphpscripts.com

And back up your database! I would also make a local copy of your existing installation before you upload anything. Mistakes can happen, and I've done 'em myself.
