does anybody know how to add tiny_mce to nuke 7.6 platinum

The same way you would add tiny_mce to whatever version of PHPNuke your Platinum is based on which, if I'm not mistaken, is 7.6. I'm not sure but I think they have one Platinum for every Nuke.
Anyway, Nuke Platinum is no different to Nuke, it just has a load of modules (many of which you'll likely never use) pre-installed.
