Downlods

Does anyone know of a mod,block,script that will allow me to set up my site by groups and specify which groups have access to the downloads section.

I'd also like to set up the downloads by groups so that each group has a download upload section.

I'd be willing to pay for this if there something already built that does this.

NSN Groups will be able to set permissions per module. I don't know any download module that can do permissions per download though.
