I have nothing do with this site apart from having my own nuke site listed on it. Its not a php-nuke site but it helps to promote nuke sites! So I thought I'd drop the link to it if anyone wants to also add their nuke site to the top list.
The best way to get your site listed and ranked well is not sites like this.
But exchange links with sites of a similar subject matter high on SE ranking.
Thne way I see it, and I could be wrong, these sort of sites are no more than money makers for the owners thru advertising clking, and using heaps of random links to up their own rankings to increase traffic to increase ad clking, and their income.
A simple manlipuation with an agenda that is not anything to do with actually providing a genuine service.

Correct - Google and other search engines will probably reduce or delist your ranking if you attempt to artificially inflate them. Avoid such services that say they will boost your visitors, and instead a) have good original content and/or b) pay for ads listed on search engines
I decided to ask Google about the ranking question and they replied that it was fiction. What will effect your ranking is having an automated ranking programme on your site as they violate the services. They also recommend not using automated link programmes (which a top site list is not considered to be).
Funnily enough there have been nuke sites that have been solely designed for being Nuke Top Site lists under this forum topic in the past and none of them have earned such criticism or condemnation.
Anywho, I thought I would throw up the list as its one I have enjoyed for a few years and has never effected my rankings or ability to be listed.
