Ya i just got a new Cable modem. I recently had adsl which i couldnt uncap. I was wondering what the best tool would be to uncap this modem with  ? |

(You know this forum is for speeding up phpNuke right, not your connection... not that you can "uncap" your cable modem speed as you want to do. Cable modem speeds are determined by the provider as well as who else is using the line. That's it.) |

Not uncapping, but there are a few tweaks u can do to boost your speed online. As previously stated uncapping is illegal and u will get in huge trouble so i wouldnt try that, however u might try this, it will hlp u browse the web a little faster:
