Need a module created. A Gun Load submission module.

Ok, heres the deal. I need a gun load module whipped up for me. Basically it will have 1 page where a member will submit a load, it will then go into a Queue (or whatever) and a moderator will check it over, make sure it's correct and then have it entered so that anyone can see it. Basically it will be categorized as "rifle, pistol, shotgun, muzzeloader" as the main categories and inside those categories it will be grouped by the "caliber" then the caliber will be grouped by the "Lead Grain" (say 180 grain), and then under those grains will have each load listed with that size grain.. I think I have all the details worked out and would love someone to do this up for me. Name your price and if it's reasonable for it. It will be done.
