Can't un-ban people that have been banned

hi there,

I have sentinel set up to ban anyone who tries to access my site from another specific site.

I'd like to un-ban someone.

I've deleted his iP from .htaccess and removed any instances of it from the database under blocked ip's and referrers etc.

The fella is still banned though,

He was getting this message:-

He's now getting this message:- 'you've been banned by the administrator' and a blank screen.

What am I missing, where do I need to look to get him un-banned ???
