Where is the structure for the center blocks defined? I want to change it to all divs and stop it from showing the title every time, but I cant seem to find out where all those functions are defined. Any help would be great thanks!

In your theme.php file, find themeindex() function in which you want to change and insert div tags.
In the case where your theme-pack is more or less old one, you may find .html including part. Then, find blocks.html file under your theme directory and add your tags.
