modify the brittanica theme

Hey. I am pretty new to php nuke, as I have just got my site up and running. I was looking throught the tutorial and saw how easy it looked to modify the default news theme. However the theme that I have chosen is not so easy as I cant find what I amy trying to modify. In the theme folder there os a 0byte html file and the theme.php (not much in this file). When I view source on the page I see all sorts of stuff to edit. I just cant find it. Looked in the index.php, header and footer too.

Where do I need to be looking. Thanks

The meta codes are in includes/meta.php
The header codes should be in themes/YOURTHEME/theme.php or themes/YOURTHEME/header.html

Thanks, I found the meta file. Guess I will need to dig deeper into the theme.php file
