Help with PHP, can't send emails from website

When a new user registers and it goes to the last step in registration and it tries to send a email for new user to finish registration I get an error.

Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for polt@flipphead.com in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\modules\Your_Account\index.php on line 146

Can anybody tell me what went wrong here, or how I can fix this.

Your mail() is probably not configured properly.
