Forums' Language Buttons

This is from the betaNC.
No matter what language file you used, whether you have the 'themes/themename/forums/images/lang_languagename' folder or not, it's always default to 'english'.
It's because this line in 'includes/functions.php' only checks inside the 'modules/Forums/template' folder.

This will work for both PHPNuke theme and phpbb2 template
