Admin Secure Management Screen Problem

Hi, I have installed AS 1.7 on the PHP 7.5 everything was normal.
But when i called my asec.php it is like this ;

EMERGENCY MENU PANEL

GOD ADMIN APPROVAL

RECOVERY PROCESS

DISABLE HTTP AUTHENTICATION LOGIN

And there is no other buttons or management modules.
How can i reach those management screen or what should i do ?

I don't believe AS is supported in 7.5. But make sure you are using the God account and are logged into admin.php before going to your asec.php page

Yes i am sure that using god account. I also think As is not supported in 7.5 Instead of this could you guys give me an idea that how can i secure my portal.
