Newbie help needed

Hello all,

Ok heres the problem, I installed the sentinel it all went fine, I uploaded all the files and then run the installer script, but was prompted to add that little code to the mainfile.php file I did then it was all fine I can access it now in admin, is there any other edits I need to make apart from the code added to mainfile.php?.

Also when I go to the setinel in admin panel I cannnot click these:

IP to Country
Admin Auth List
Scan for New Admins
Database Maintenance

And when I go to Edit Admins I get a blocked page.

I cant read the offical guide it isnt working at the moment, any help would be apreciated.
