help with getting flash out of header

i have a few themes which i would like to use but they have flash in the headers
tconsol and themepanel doesnt turn it off to display the header gif file
ive tried editing the header.php buy modding the embed tag for flash code but it just shows a big white box at the top
Can someone tell me how i can fix this.

Some of the themes are using blocks.html, toplink.html, header.html, or some other html files to the same folder with theme.php file.

You have to edit these .html files, and find the code that displays the flash file.

I am using mmosx theme, and i am displaying a flash header to my site, using the toplink.html file...everything is here to this file, i can change anything...
