First i want to explain that any search I try for Banner... leads to info about the Top of the Page "title/graphic area. I need info on the Banner system thing "advertising"
Im currently using Nuke 7.7
While in as an Admin.. I click on "Banners"
here i see Active .. Inactive and clients.. and a place to create a new client.
I create a client
Now.. i have the option to create a banner for that client.
I input the banner info
at the bottom I have a choice of Normal or Block
I leave it at NORMAL and make sure the banner is set to activated.
thats it.. Im stuck
I cant find anywhere that says.. "put the banner here"
and the banner is not being displayed anywhere that i can see it.
I edited the banner and selected BLOCK instead of Normal.
I wenrt to Blocks and still saw nothing
I went to create a new block and found advertising.. selected it and then selected the block to be Center Up
This put a big window labeled "Advertising" on my home page with my ione banner in it.
Is there a way to have just a Banner appear on the home page using this system.. i would like to put one between each news story.. with one up top and one at the bottom.
Or just have one rotataing banner up top.. without the huge "advertising" block
