Hi wondered if someone could help me out.
Im running phpnuke 7.9 fully patched. I run a pc hardware review site tha requires me to post news each time i have a new review added to our database. Within this news post i like to link to the specific review, only problem is just recently the html code is randomly changing after i post the news article. This results in people being taken to the reviews index listing and not the actual review (which is what i need it to do).

The code ive always used is:
Code:
<a href="http://www.pcfrags.com/modules.php?name=Reviews&rop=showcontent&id=42"><em> CLICK HERE</em></a>

If i post affiliates news with a direct link to their site, the links work.

The link code after i save changes is changing to this:
Code:
<a href="http://www.pcfrags.com/modules.php?name=Reviews&amp;rop=showcontent&amp;id=60"><em> CLICK HERE</em></a>

Any help would be great.

Another dumb 7.9 thing - the filter will blindly add &amp; to make HTML compliant code. Generally this should work because the browser then interprets it back as &
But I suspect the Reviews module code may not handle this correctly

Thanks for the reply.

And the solution is?
All i want to do is write some news and within that new add a direct link to the review ive just written.
I dont want people to be taken to the review database, but simply to the specific review.
The review module itself is fine, with no code problems whatsoever. I suspect the problem is with the news module, as it's this that has just suddenly started changing the code after i post the news.

Im using the NSN News module. Like i said in my first post all links placed in each new article worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when i noticed that they were not taking people to the page i wanted it to.

Any solution to this problem would be a great help.
Its a minor problem that is proving to be very annoying.
