I been trying to post Stories on my PHP Nuke guild site for news updates, screenshots etc...
www.awakened-fires.org
and when doing so I get the TOPICs Column row on the Left side which I dont want I just want a full COntent box...
and no Graphic like the one with an red X through it.
any help i posted a test on to show you the other boxs above are just message boxs for me to post stuff for people to know until i get this stories news thing worked out. |

No its not fixed... the top 2 boxs are message boxs.... the bottom is using the News / Stories to post stuff so it goes in by date and time etc... news on top...
see the box has content and far left has an X... this is where when posting the article it as what TOPIC is it.... and i dont selected a image cause i dont want that table there all together want it to look like the content box

quick and dirty trick. ---- upload or find --- a 1x1 blankpixel.gif use this as your image. It is easier than modifing the code (which we can do) and works like a charm. |

Ok but i dont like the table .... isnt there a way to just nuke that table so I am just left with 1 Big content box like what you see at this site

These tables are a function within your theme you are using. Without knowng the theme and seeing the files I can't tell you (maybe someone else can) Depending on the the type of theme, it could be in the theme.php or in the story.html You should be able to remove the borders with little trouble. |

what am I looking for when going into theme.php?

I tried modify the code but still havent had much luck finding where those tables are at i been able to nuke the graphic...
I can zip up the theme if someone wants to help and take a look at it for me. |
