Is there a reason why I am not getting the right results when using the if (is_user($user)) command? I am definately logged in, but I keep getting a false return.

Is there somewhere that shows and explains all of the PHPNUKE functions that are built in and how to use them properly?.

If you wrote the code inside a function or nuke block, declare that variable as global.
