Do you have that file in that path? Do you have it chmod correctly?

If you upload all Admin Secure files using FTP clients, you'll have to ensure all *.php files has written with proper file permission. All *.php file can be CHMOD-ed with 644 or "r-xr--r--" attributes. If you not sure, try to access File Manager from your host panel and look at every Admin Secure *.php attributes. Also user rights can also causing this problem. If you put all files using FTP software, I recommend to FTP login using your default/root FTP account.

Sorry if whole of these things sounds compicated, but don't hesitate to asks if you curious about something. Smile
