Wow, i must congratulate you on your excellent work. Realizing how the admin protection works, brilliant! Also the Authorization Codes are a great idea if i screw up. This is like a uber-Punkbuster for the PHP nuke world, my site is much better because of your work, Thanks alot!

The originate site (phpnukefordonkey.com) unfortunately is in Italian (multi-languages not supported) but the tutorial was written in English complete with screenshots and step-by-step instructions to configure Admin Secure properly ( and secure, without banning yourself ).
In my opinion, this is a good tutorial.
Their conclusion is, Admin Secure = Dangerous Puppy.
