Ok this is a coincidence the table names not so relevent.

If you find this happening a lot on your site.
AND
Its a CPanel controlled server.

Your host may need to do the following updates manuelly

The fix:
The 'root' user of the server needs to telnet in and execute two scripts:

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/fixmysql

The Problem:
Cpanel and auto updates to MySQL4.xx from 3.23.x
Some libraries from 3.23 don't get updated to 4.xx versions.

In short CPanel says its a MySQL problem MySQL says its a CPanel problem. I tend to believe the MySQL camp.

Alternative work around get moved to a none CPanel server within your hosts network.
