Where are $sitename $pagetitle declared in?

want to change the values of $sitename and $pagetitle

Where are these variables assigned?

$sitename is stored in $prefix_config (changable from the admin / preferences section)

$pagetitle is stored in each module's index.php

er i got my phpnuke v6 installed on my com n my test shows that the mysql apache n php runs 100% ok however, i can cre8 users but only the prefrences cannot be changed!!! wad shld i do??
