Error:Call to a member function on a non-object- my_eGallery

Any ideas why I get this? Here is the full message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in d:\www\admin\modules\gallery\index.php on line 84

I am using PHP Nuke 6.5, my_eGallery 2.79 for php nuke, on Windows 2000 Datacenter, php 4.x, Apache 1.3.24 etc.

I think there is a problem is a fault with the table setup. I tried the install script, but get the same "Call to a member function" error - I tried pointing my browser (Opera) to the install file, but more errors ensued ..

Help?

Are you using the 6.5 port of MeG from here? If so there are many posts regarding the setup. (Create the tables manuelly via phpmyadmin or from the command line ect...)

Yes, I am using MEG 6.5 from Nukecops.

Are there a few threads you can point me to regarding the setup? (Not sure where to start)
