Does this subRed template have the files mentioned in the error?

Looks like a problem with your theme/tempalte fiels NOT in the right places.
The layout structure of the themes has slighty changed for Nuke themes with a matching phpBB template.
look at the DeepBlue theme directory structure for an idea.
IF the theme does not have the forums directory then it will look to the modules/Forums/templates directory.
However, it is better to have the theme/template alltogether in 6.5RC2(this requires some path changes in the temaplte files).
Check http://nukemods.com for some matching theme/templates. Download one to get an idea of what your directory structure for your theme needs to or should be.
