Theme Credits ???

I needed to get the colors from theme.php for XPOlive (my sites theme). While in there for the first time I noticed some comments about not removing the copyright.
No copyright shows up on my pages for the theme and that is not my intention.
Did I not do something correctly?
I have modified my footer page, but did not remove any credits.
Perhaps a modified footer was in the theme distribution and I was supposed to use that?

XPOlive and XPSilver don't have any theme author Copyrights in the footer. Wink

Because technically, they are Copyrighted by Microsoft at least all the images are Smile

Assuming mikem = mikem, perhaps the reference to no longer active nukemods implies too much time has gone by to recall the above.

You are to interpret it as-is.
AS I said above There are no credits displayed in the footer, But there are credits given to the Users who constructed the actual theme in the theme.php file. Leave it as-is and leave the footer without credits. There is no hidden agenda here. Rolling Eyes
