Can I use the "fisubsilver shadow" theme on my website?
Whom do I have to pay if I want to take off the logo from the top and bottom of the theme.

The logo on the theme you are asking about is only for demonstration. A blank logo should be included so you make your own. (READ the README included with the theme)
As for a logo at the bottom of the theme? I don't think there is a logo at the bottom.
Yes, you are right. There is no logo at the bottom. But what about the text that says "Site powered by..."
Can that be removed?

actually the theme is not the problem anymore. Its the php nuke copyright statement that I want to remove. Right where is says "Site Powered by.. PHPNUKE...".
Can I remove that? If there is a cost to it, whom do I have to pay?
