I would try reuploading the SQL file again and double check your config.php file. If it still doesn't work get a new config.php file (maybe you inadvertantly changed something when editing).

Really sounds like you are not connecting to your dbase. Have you run analyzer.php?

Im guessing im missing a step in installation... do i need to chmod and dir's or files?

all i did was unzip, upload nuke.sql, edit config.php

http://nukecops.com/postlite6388-chmod.html

I don't know what else to suggest...I thought for sure the problem would be your config.php setting especially this line given your numerous subdirectories. GL

Code:
 $dbhost = "localhost";

Surely looks like a permission problem:

Warning: Unknown(/home/roofjumper/www/html/analyze.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '/home/roofjumper/www/html/analyze.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

Check to ensure the web server can serve up the pages and folders.
